Grain Bistro operates in Digital Park II in Bratislava – an office complex with its own rhythm, its own audience, and a strictly limited 2km catchment area. When we started, the brand had almost no marketing presence. We built it from scratch.
Specific constraints made the project challenging: staff and guests refused to be photographed, there was no fixed menu, and the profile manager held a separate full-time job – real-time Stories during the lunch rush simply weren't an option.
The solution came from the very principle Grain Bistro lives by: every detail matters. Close-up food photography, direct copy focused on the detail of the day – no people, no production, just food and story.
The "Product-First" strategy proved to be the right choice for an office environment. Anyone in Digital Park II deciding what to have for lunch doesn't need entertainment – they need a fast answer to one question: what's cooking today?
A static photo with a clear headline delivers that answer faster than any Reel. And that efficiency showed up fully in the numbers – just not immediately.
The first phase of the campaign (April – October 2025) focused on awareness through maximum reach. The results revealed a problem: in July 2025 we reached over 100,000 unique users – but most of them could never make it to Digital Park II for lunch. Conversion stagnated, CPC climbed.
On November 20, 2025, we changed strategy. Instead of reach, we started optimizing for clicks – with a 2km geofence around the bistro and the goal of driving people directly to the menu.
